The Mulberry House School celebrated another successful ‘Healthy Body, Happy Me’ week. The children enjoyed a range of activities focusing on their physical and mental wellbeing. Across the school there were healthy cooking lessons, visits from Olympic athlete, Yasmine Miller and Arsenal Footballer, Dominic Thompson as well as an assembly lead by a Mulberry parent who is a dentist. The children had lots of opportunity for mindfulness and yoga. This has been a great way to kick start the term and we now look forward to rolling out our ‘Hooray for Happiness’ programme with children, parents and staff in the coming weeks.
